I'm here to help you craft your dream birth plan, so you can feel confident and prepared going into your baby's birth day.
In our 1:1 birth prep session, we’ll take the time to chat about what’s on your mind—your hopes, your concerns, and what you can expect during your birth, especially if you’re headed to the hospital.
Together, we’ll create a personalized birth plan that reflects your preferences and helps you feel empowered to communicate them with your care team. I’m here to support you in feeling ready and confident as you approach this special time in your life.
We will meet either virtually or in-person (gas fee may apply) to discuss your birth goals, your options, and an implementation plan for your birth plan.
Within 48 hours of your birth prep session, you will receive a PDF of your personalized birth plan to be shared with your support team and provider as well as any other resources or referrals we discussed during our visit.
Looking for resources? I'll gladly share my recommended books, podcasts, documentaries, and local resources such as midwives, chiropractors, prenatal fitness classes, lactation support, mom groups, etc. with you.
